Duties and responsibilities: Responsible for the system requirement development and software architecture design of the full active suspension. Responsible for the development and simulation validation of core control algorithms for the full active suspension, including body control and synergistic height adjustment control. Responsible for the unit test of the developed software, as well as the preparation of related design and development documents. Cooperate with chassis VD tuning engineers in parameter tunning and algorithm iterations, ensuring high quality overall performance delivery. Education/Experience: 10+ years of experience in suspension control field with excellency in automotive design theories and practices. Knowledge: Proficiency in MBD for embedded systems and corresponding programming tools (Matlab/Simulink, C, Tasking, etc.) with a good programming style. Strong background in modern and/or classical control theory, with good knowledge in MPC, LQ, ILC and other commonly used active suspension control algorithms Excellent communication skills in English (oral and writing). Skills and Competencies: Ability to solve and collaborate complex technical topics as a team worker. Self-motivation, fast learning skills, proactivity and creativity. Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong self-confidence and result-oriented work philosophy.
