Title: Quality Manager Location: Hannover We are partnered closely with a Leading Tier 1 automotive supplier committed to delivering top-quality aluminium components to global automotive manufacturers. We are searching for a strong Quality Manager to lead their largest site in Germany whilst leading a well experienced quality team. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain quality processes to meet industry standards and customer requirements. Lead a large functional team to ensure a culture of quality excellence and compliance throughout the organization. Establish key quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Manage customer complaints and quality concerns, driving investigations and resolutions. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or similar field. Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive quality management. Strong experience being the Go-To person for quality topics on an operational plant. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience working in a Tier 1 automotive supplier- essential. Aluminium/ Metals experience- desirable.
