[LG Electronics Europe Headquarter] - Responsibilities • Leading the ecommerce team, including hiring and training staff, setting performance goals • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of ecommerce initiatives. Generating regular reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations • Propose customer-centric content strategies for digital experiences, user journeys, templates components and systems across LG.com • Propose strategic content models and plans for landing pages, products, corporate pages and other templates across the site • Develop and execute short and long-term merchandising strategies through placement of products promotions and digital assets to directly drive sales, traffic and conversion • Create UX content strategy artifacts such as presentations, template briefs, personas, journey, user flows, etc., to visually demonstrate your concepts, align team and drive projects forward • Partner with UX, UI and visual designers as well as web developers to create delightful customer experiences and provide input for and desired output from user testing and quantitative analysis • Support and contribute to evolving content governance principles, practices, guidelines and tools to ensure consistent and common digital experiences • Review and analyze content; use data and user research findings to influence effective content creation across LG.com and ensure that content is consistent with guidelines and adheres to creative standards • Analyze data and provide improvements to enhance the customer experience as it relates to content and asset integration through the site funnel. • Provide recommendations related to site improvements including features, functionality and capabilities to enhance the consumer experience for improved conversion and revenue growth • Partner with SEO experts to identify opportunities to increase new visitor traffic and implement relevant content strategies • Understanding in ecommerce platforms, payment gateways, and other relevant technologies. Ensure the integration and functionality of third-party tools and plugins. • Coordinating with the supply chain and inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels. Implementing efficient order fulfillment processes to meet customer expectation together with subsidiaries and SCM team • Assist in planning and execution of digital marketing activity to support marketing and merchandise initiatives, including promotional campaigns and new product launches • Responsible for all aspects of content needs, including SEO, web accessibility, brand & creative guidelines - Qualification & Experience • B.A (or above) degree level or equivalent qualification or experience. • 7+ year’s of experience, including on-line merchandising and/or marketing (website management) • Deep understanding of digital content best practices and interest in emerging content trends • Experience with standard content management software, shared asset libraries, and familiarity with reporting and analytics tools, ideally Google Analytics • Demonstrated experience establishing and streamlining site merchandising processes • Ability to make data-driven recommendations to improve site experience • Solid writing and editing skills • Experience working in collaborative design teams, and integrating user-centric design principles and research into the content strategy process • Experience with content governance, content management and content automation helpful • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Proven success building stakeholder relationships and managing expectations - Personal Attributes, Behaviours and Competencies • Ability to manage multiple projects and time efficiently • Troubleshoot issues related to site assets, navigation and item data • Self-motivated, resourceful with a creative mindset • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills & ability to work with cross-functional teams
