We are seeking an OT Infrastructure & Security Lead within our Next-Gen Solutions and Accelerators function to drive the evolution of our offerings in OT Infrastructure, OT Cybersecurity & IT for OT solutions for our clients. This is a strategic role – requiring in depth knowledge of the manufacturing landscape and the specific technologies used in Life sciences. Responsibilities: Working as part of the Next Gen Solutions and Accelerators team with responsibility for technical solutioning on OT Infrastructure/Security opportunities OT infrastructure and Security service offering include responsibility to design, build, deploy, secure and maintain the OT Infrastructure (IT for OT infrastructure) using existing and latest technologies for new greenfield manufacturing facilities as well as network of existing sites. Closely work with sales and regional teams to define business plans and goals for OT Infrastructure and Security offerings Working closely with our sales and business development team to develop technical proposals, sales collaterals, participate in pitches and presentations to clients to share the values additions and benefits of the associated offerings. Develop global service capabilities Develop the delivery capabilities for the service, team and assist in selection of right candidates Develop delivery methodologies and managed service models for OT Infrastructure and Security offerings Own and enhance the groups estimation tools and execution methods Engage with partners as applicable to develop offerings, competencies and service capabilities Collaboration with internal service lines for Infrastructure, IoT and others for joint solutions, proposals and Required Competencies, Education and Experience: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to motivate, manage divergent views & drive collaboration. Building and leading teams, quantifying resource requirements, working with Talent management and internal stakeholders on sourcing and developing key skill sets Min 10 years’ experience within the Life Science sector working in a manufacturing environment with broad exposure to manufacturing & Laboratory control system landscape, particularly in OT infrastructure at Site and Corporate level. Previous experience developing global OT Infrastructure and OT Security strategy, deployment of pilots to be essential A strong working knowledge of the typical OT systems platform landscape Experience of working with IT & OT (Engineering, Automation, Lab) stakeholders in the delivery of OT solution Basic knowledge of OT security concepts & implementation e.g., OT Cybersecurity Standards IEC 62443 / NIST.SP.800-82r3 Basic knowledge of OT asset management & discovery tools e.g., Claroty, Nozomi, Forescout, Palo Alto, ServiceNow OTM Deep knowledge of current IT/OT landscape and platform deployment in manufacturing Experience developing of business case and presentations to senior stakeholders would be added advantage. Knowledge of ISA95 Enterprise Control System Integration framework Excellent cross functional people management skills – across regions, customers, and 3rd parties. Strategic Thinker, having developed strategic plans that drove significant growth in the Life Science sector Proven ability to influence senior Leaders and motive cross functional and regional teams. Project management / program management experience Excellent presentation and facilitation skills Flexible to travel global across US, Europe & Asia, on need basis Science or Engineering Degree qualification Post Graduate Qualification in a related discipline to be added advantage. Any business or sales related qualifications is desirable. Fluent in English, German is a plus.
