Actively participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle to proactively identify and address quality issues early in the process. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at refining QA processes and enhancing efficiency. Develop and execute test plans and test cases for manual testing across both frontend and backend systems. Embrace the opportunity to learn new technologies and tools, including automation frameworks (JAVA), to enhance personal and team capabilities. Analyze logs and investigate issues deeply to uncover root causes and provide meaningful insights. Support resolving customer issues as they arise.
