Role Summary - Contract Manager, working from their office in Berlin. You'd be focused on creating rental or purchasing contracts for locations of EV charging stations and monitoring the contract life cycle. Including the financial feasibility and legal conformity of the contracts in the long term. Your tasks: Evaluation of location contracts Responsibilities - Review of location contracts for financial feasibility and legal compliance. Coordination with the legal department. Continuous revision and adjustment of standard contracts. Preparation of location contracts in collaboration with colleagues from sales. Sending contracts and tracking the signing process. Communication with our location partners Querying and checking customer data for master data maintenance, including via platforms such as DocuSign. Collaborate with Finance to organize financial commitments and guarantees within IFRS16 requirements. Communication with our location partners regarding financial and legal issues. Introduction of an efficient system for preparing and archiving contracts. Maintenance of the contract database. Proactive management of ongoing contracts including key milestones and contractual obligations. Requirements – Proactive and problem-solving mindset. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Understanding of financial obligations and legal compliance. Contract management experience in a comparable industry such as EV charging, property, real estate project development or insurance is preferred. using tools such as DocuSign and contract management software preferred. to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
