Your mission • Manage and lead our growing ‘Tech Team’ with an electrical focus across the Munich office • Manage and assist with large projects focusing on planning, electrical design and onboarding new installation partners • A ‘hands on approach’ to management • Improving daily processes across the team • Hiring and onboarding of new members across the ‘Tech Team’ Your profile • BA degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or relevant degree • Drivers license required • Highly organized, self-starter and self-motivator with an entrepreneurial mindset • Understanding of the local market • Passion and motivation to succeed in a startup environment and desire to increase knowledge • Attention to details and capability to connect them through to the big picture • Ability to lead our partners while remaining flexible and listen to their expertise • Language: Excellent skills in German and English (both written & spoken), French is an asset
