The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the solar industry and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. The Role: Assist with technical research and analysis specific to the solar module industry to support product development and management efforts Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, etc.) to ensure technical feasibility and right promotion of solar modules Support the definition of product requirements and specifications for solar modules Assist with product demos and presentations to internal and external stakeholders Help maintain and organize technical documentation specific to solar modules Provide technical support for product launches and post-launch activities for solar modules Track certification requirements for the European market and assist in the organization of our own certificates Conduct comparison studies (including PV syst simulations) with other market technology to support customers decision, product development strategies and management decisions You: Degree in a technical field (Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, etc.) or relevant work experience First experience in the solar industry or product management Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to explain complex technical concepts related to solar modules to non-technical stakeholders Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Fluency in English (mandatory) with additional language skills as German, Polish, or other languages b a plus If you are a motivated self-starter with a passion for the solar industry and product management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
