As they continue to expand and improve their operations, they are seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as the Head of Industrial Engineering. Job Description: As the Head of Industrial Engineering, you will play a crucial role in leading and coordinating their teams of industrial engineers to optimize their production processes effectively. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities in Berlin. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate teams of industrial engineers to optimize production processes. Plan, organize, and monitor process optimization projects to enhance productivity. Mentor team leaders to further develop the skills and capabilities of employees. Utilize various tools for technical support in production and ensure accurate reporting and controlling. Proactively implement process optimization strategies using OpEX tools, with a focus on areas such as OEE and standard work. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, construction, or production technology) or equivalent training. Extensive professional experience in the automotive industry with applicable REFA knowledge. Demonstrated assertiveness, consistency, and organizational skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively. Proficiency in English is essential. Familiarity with MS Office and SAP is preferred.
