Interested in joining a global number one? we offer an exciting role with outstanding career perspective as a Junior Engineer Product Management (Residential Storage Systems - RESS)- to be located anywhere in Germany Our Tier 1 solar module manufacturing company is expanding its horizons into Residential and Utility Storage Systems (RESS), and we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Technical Product Manager RESS. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the solar industry, particularly in inverters and batteries, and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both, technical and non-technical stakeholders. The Role: Assist with technical research and analysis specific to the Residential Storage Systems (RESS) industry to support product development and management efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, etc.) to ensure technical feasibility and effective promotion of RESS. Support the definition of product requirements and specifications for Residential Storage Systems (RESS) for different European Markets. Track certification requirements for the European market and assist in the organization of our own certificates. Assist with product demos and presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Help to produce, check and maintain and organize technical documentation specific to Residential Storage Systems (RESS), for example certificates, manuals, technical guidance, etc. Provide technical support for product launches and post-launch activities for RESS. Conduct technical studies and benchmark technical studies to support customer decisions, product development strategies, and management decisions You: Degree in a technical field (Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, etc.) or relevant work experience. Experience in the solar industry, particularly in inverters and batteries, or product management. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts related to Residential Storage Systems (RESS) to both, technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Fluency in English with additional language skills in German, Polish, or other languages a plus.
