Role Summary Senior Cargo Station Operations Specialist, as our company's professional staff on site, needs to maintain good communication and cooperation with cargo terminals, airlines, customs clearance companies, and last mile suppliers. Especially to supervise and optimize the operation and timeliness of the cargo terminal and customs clearance company after the flight lands. There is also a need to maintain real-time communication and live feedback with the entire team. Key Duties 1. Establish a communication mechanism with the cargo terminal, and output the optimal business plan based on the situation of each port cargo terminal and customs clearance; 2. Based on daily cargo station anomalies, analyze positioning problems, find long-term solutions and standardize processes; 3. Promote system data connection with the cargo terminal, analyze data and identify problems;; 4. Maintain friendly communication and collaboration with upstream airlines and downstream customs clearance suppliers; 5. Optimize the connection process between the cargo terminal and the customs clearance house to improve timeliness; 6. Real-time understanding and analysis of customs affairs and changes at European airports to provide real-time information for company decision-making. Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills 1. More than one year of working experience in operating positions, with a sound reserve of air freight and customs knowledge, and familiar with customs clearance for EU e-commerce. 2. Have experience in training in the air transport industry. (eg, Custom inspections/customs documentation training, AWB preparation training, SITA telex traffic training,Load service training,Dangerous Goods training, etc.) 3. Have good communication and coordination skills. Can find the problem from many links and provide a reasonable solution. 4. Proficiency in English as a working language, a second language is strongly recommended (eg, French, Dutch, German, Spanish, etc.).
