The position: We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to undertake the execution of tasks related to the daily and smooth operation of the office and the secretarial support. Also, to provide support to the activities of other members of the company ensuring a high level of service. Key Responsibilities: Manages the daily communications of the office regarding external visitors. This activity includes the reception and guidance of visitors as well as the telephone support and management of complaints with professionalism Manages supplies of stationery and equipment and places orders when required Receives post and forwards it to the internal departments (e-mail, post, packages, and in general all shipping processes) Schedules appointments, maintains calendars and provides support Provides assistance with the internal reporting Candidate Profile : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field Vey good command of the German and the English language Excellent knowledge of Office Suite What we offer: Competitive remuneration Package Excellent growth and advancement opportunities Friendly and modern working environment CVs will be treated with strict confidentiality.
