Allocator One
At Allocator One, we operate a distinctive fund model designed to invest in the most promising first-time fund managers worldwide while optimizing fees. With an eye on the highly favorable prospects for the 2023/2024 fund vintages, our team has accelerated its efforts to seize this unique opportunity. We pride ourselves on being the anchor investor of choice for exceptional first-time fund managers, offering them unparalleled access, expertise, and operational support.
Our focus on first-time fund managers
Allocator One's focus on first-time fund managers is driven by a simple yet compelling fact: historically, top-performing funds with assets under $50 million, led by emerging managers, have delivered returns that are more than 3 times higher over a 10-year horizon compared to their peers of larger fund sizes. Furthermore, the fund vintages of 2023/2024 in our pipeline are poised to enjoy an additional boost in returns. Venture capital funds that originate during economic recessions have consistently achieved returns that are 15%-30% higher compared to those raised in the preceding years, across various performance percentiles.
Optimizing fees and building Partnerships
We believe in optimizing fees while nurturing partnerships with first-time fund managers from the very beginning. Our aim is to enhance investment terms by actively contributing to the success of these funds. Allocator One has already established itself as a global brand in the realm of emerging managers, thanks to our extensive international investor network. In just two months since our launch, we've received over 300 applications, a testament to our commitment to supporting emerging talent. Our team goes beyond traditional investing; we offer to act as "co-builders," incorporating emerging managers into our unique Allocator One program, often likened to a "Y Combinator for Capital Allocators." We provide vital support in areas such as regulation, administration, and structure.
Our founding partners:
Our founders bring a wealth of experience and expertise to Allocator One:

He is an active VC/PE investor and serves on the boards and advisory boards of esteemed organizations like the World Economic Forum (WEF), Fraunhofer, and various public and private companies.
- Michael Ströck: Michael is a seasoned entrepreneur with multiple successful exits to his name. He is an alumnus of Y Combinator and has transitioned from a CTO role to a successful investor.
