Stellenbeschreibung Profile:
- Role supports in cooperation with Pillar 1/Platform developing a detailed EIS Sustainability Agenda based on input from decentral EIS business, identifying local to global strategic potential and opportunities
- Enable providing support generally for broader EIS strategy topics, for example supporting requests from SE Board, preparation of Board papers and Gate Papers, responses to capital market requests and stakeholder requests, as well as growth projects (including M&A projects and strategic partnering).
- Solution development with Focus on Sustainability:
Identify and prioritize in close collaboration with Pillar 1, regional business leaders as well E.ONs procurement and innovation team, technologies and products that present strong opportunities for driving sustainable fuel switch and cross regional deployment
Project implementation with Focus on Sustainability:
Lead international and large scale technical fuel switch or decarbonization projects within EIS
Drive fuel conversion to foster sustainability of the distribution and generation assets at EIS, and hold global accountability for fuel flexibility and fuel transformation when changing to lower temp solutions as part of the sustainability strategy.
Boosting technical performance of distribution and generation assets with focus on decarbonization
Develop and communicate reference cases to enable technical fuel switch or decarbonization by best practice & capability sharing
Works in close collaboration with other members of the EIS Central Team as well as regional businesses, to bring sustainable growth ambitions to life, including developing a deep knowledge of the technologies and products that support the drive for sustainability in EIS markets, as well as the regulatory, funding and commercial drivers that support the development of sustainable and profitable growth in EIS
University degree, preferably in Engineering
Significant work experiences such as Operations, Engineering or Project Delivery along the EIS value chain
