Leading a team in conducting comprehensive research and analysis of potential locations, considering customer needs, legal regulations, and operational requirements
Managing negotiations for lease or rental agreements for locations and ensuring their cost-effective implementation
Collaborating with internal teams to evaluate the technical feasibility of locations and ensuring all requirements are met
Working closely with local authorities, communities, and other stakeholders to secure permits and necessary support
Maintain close communication to the internal stakeholders
Leading and mentoring a team of Location Evaluation Managers and Country Location Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success
Requirements
A completed Bachelors degree in Real Estate Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
Significant experience in real estate management, site evaluation, or related activities, preferably in the fields of electromobility or renewable energy
Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
A strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to location development
Proven leadership experience, including leading and mentoring teams
A willingness to travel as needed to visit regional locations
Fluent in English and German
