Stellenbeschreibung Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of country site supervisors and country deployment managers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure construction projects are executed in accordance with the company's standards and objectives
Provide guidance and support to site supervisors and deployment managers in planning and executing construction activities
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project completion
Identify and mitigate construction-related risks
Foster a culture of safety and quality within the construction team
Collaborate with external contractors and suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary resources
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in electromobility construction
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience in construction management, preferably in the electromobility or renewable energy sector
Strong team management skills
Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of relevant construction regulations and standards
Fluent in English and German
