Stellenbeschreibung Responsibilities
Excel in financial and business controlling for projects, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation, and provide support for forecasting and medium-term planning
Prepare comprehensive variance analyses (budget vs. actual), derive commercial recommendations
Lead projects through a controlling lens ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budgeted accordingly
Maintain strict control over project scope and change requests to uphold financial integrity
Efficiency Enhancement: Optimize regional and international processes with a focus on financial efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on financial management and controlling
Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of controlling processes and principles
Exhibit strong project management skills, specifically in financial project leadership
Show exceptional critical thinking and financial data analysis abilities
Display good communication skills, particularly in financial contexts
Fluent in English, German proficiency is a plus
