Stellenbeschreibung Responsibilities
Supporting the company in all legal topics, including site contract negotiations, framework processes, and claims towards sub-contractors
Conducting legal research and analysis to provide informed guidance on various legal issues
Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts and agreements
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure legal compliance in all aspects of our business operations
Identifying and mitigating legal risks to protect the company's interests
Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company
Requirements
Degree in law, or a comparable subject and/or significant experience in legal and operative contracting and commercial matters, ideally with a broad experience in international environments as well as experience in the energy infrastructure sector
Strong legal and commercial understanding of the contractual, regulatory and risk profiles
An ability and desire to work within a project set-up, undertaking a wide range of roles and tasks, supporting projects and growth activities, including supporting large projects, partnerships and ventures as well as supporting on inorganic growth projects, including M&A
Broad commercial legal experience, and ability to apply legal and contractual expertise in solutions-driven manner to support business development and sales/Customers initiatives
Fluent in English and German
