Stellenbeschreibung Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the full technical planning team, providing guidance and support to team members
Organize and oversee all aspects of project planning, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones
Collaborate closely with the customer counterpart on-site planning to understand their requirements and expectations
Develop and implement effective planning strategies to optimize project efficiency
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions
Conduct regular performance assessments and provide feedback to team members
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and customers
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably within engineering, Master's degree is a plus
Proven experience in technical project planning and management, preferably in the electric mobility industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools and problem-solving mindset as well as proactive approach to challenges
Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Fluent in English and German
