Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely completion of electromobility projects
Support all team leads with organizing meeting invitations
Collaborate in the preparation of tender documents and performance specifications
Point of contact for all external requests and guiding them to the contact persons
Organize all central office regards
Create project-specific presentations and reports
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical education
Relevant work experience in project management, particularly in the field of electromobility, is highly desirable
Proficiency in using the MS Office suite
Goal-oriented and capable of working independently with strong organizational skills
Proactive, a strong team player, and excellent communication skills
Knowledge of electromobility technologies, infrastructure, and regulations is a significant plus
Fluent in English and German
