Job SummaryWe are looking for a
Process Automation Engineer to join our team in Limburg, Germany.The ideal applicant (M/F/D) is used to thinking analytically, as well as being above-average committed, team-oriented and creative. The willingness to take part in seminars and training courses must be present.
What you will do- Inspection and planned maintenance of production machines
- Maintenance planning and creation of maintenance tasks (SAP PM)
- Programming and commissioning of PLC and drive technology
- Link machines and sub-systems via fieldbus systems
- Performing trouble shooting, error correction knowledge, retrofits and commissioning of machines and systems
- Leading and participating of projects and improvement teams
- Participation in call in service
We believe you have- Mechatronic or Electronic Technician with further education as Engineer (German "Techniker or Meister") with verry good automation skills
- Being familiar using programming device (Simatic Step 7 / TIA / Starter / DSELite / )
- Knowledge and experience with bus systems (Profibus / Profinet / ASi / CAN-Bus / Modbus / ).
- Good mechanical knowledge, including hydraulics and pneumatics
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Very good knowledge of relevant guidelines, DIN VDE standards, rules and regulations
- Good written and spoken English knowledge
- Experience in the TPM methodology
