We are searching for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) Full time Hodenhagen This position will be located in Germany in the Hanover area (Hodenhagen office) in close collaboration with the sites Lyon (F) and Brno (CZ). There, ITW focuses on sales and development of Thermal Management products such as coolant valves, connectors and reservoirs for vehicle powertrain. Our ideal candidate is a passionate sales developer who is in charge of managing and coordinating the sales activities of a multi-site organization with support of his Project Management team. The position will be responsible for a customer portfolio in Europe with the lead customer in Wolfsburg and will manage the business development within our market segment. Manage and develop the customer relationship and network within the set of customers, with focus on the lead customer. Manage the team of Project Manager and Project Assistant located in Hodenhagen. Execute and deliver the sales objectives based on the Annual Business Plan and Mid-term Business Plan and implement strategies to drive organic growth, focusing on Electric Powertrain Define and implement strategic short- and long-term sales action plan consistent with business goals Drive initiatives to identify and capture new business opportunities. Review and approve major specification changes affecting customer or sales department requirements with regard to quality, performance or product profitability. Identify any factors influencing projected sales volume and suggest changes in light of this information. Ensure the Product Development and Product Industrialization Process according to Automotive Product Development Models (such as APQP) with the team of Project Managers / Project Engineers to ensure project timeline and -budget. Bachelor's degree in, Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering; master's degree or diploma preferred 8+ sales management experience Automotive experience If not yet gained leadership experience, successful completion of a talent program at an OEM or a leading tier 1 is mandatory Strong communication skills and networking ability.
